About Us
Who We Are
Deep Dive Hire was founded to fix a common problem in IT recruitment: candidates who look right on paper but can’t do the job technically. We specialise in network and infrastructure roles, led by a practising Senior Network Engineer/Architect with 20+ years in finance, defence, healthcare and transport. We’ve built and run the networks you’re hiring for, so we screen on real skills, not keywords.
