Deep Dive Hire was established to address a prevalent issue in IT recruitment: identifying candidates who genuinely meet technical specifications. Our founder, a former IT hiring manager, observed how frequently CVs failed to align with job requirements, resulting in wasted time during interviews. As IT professionals, we empathise with the frustration caused by agencies lacking technical expertise, leading to mismatches and delays in the hiring process.
